Valid for Second-Hand and End-of-Series Products – Switzerland

1. Final Sale – No Returns or Refunds


All items sold as second-hand or marked as end-of-series / clearance are considered final sale.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on these products.


This policy applies to:

  • Pre-owned (second-hand) products
  • End-of-line / clearance / discounted final stock


Please ensure your purchase decision is final.

2. Product Condition and Accurate Descriptions


We strive to describe and display all products with care.

  • Second-hand items may show signs of previous use, which is normal and expected.
  • End-of-series products are new but may be offered at reduced prices due to clearance or stock liquidation.


By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and accept the condition of the product as described.

3. Legal Warranty for Defects or Misdescription


In accordance with Swiss law (Art. 197–210 of the Swiss Code of Obligations), you may be entitled to a remedy only if:

  • The product has a serious defect, or
  • It is significantly different from the description provided.


In such cases:

  • Please notify us within 7 calendar days of purchase (or delivery).
  • Include a clear explanation and supporting photos (if applicable).

4. No Warranty Beyond Legal Requirements


For second-hand and clearance products, we do not offer any additional warranty beyond the legal minimum.
